Yong-pal's street gang is infiltrated by an undercover cop who wants to use their fighting skills to break up a drug ring

Yong-pal loses all his money to a pretty swindler so he takes a day job while leading his street gang at night. His sister, meanwhile, has fallen in love with a dangerous con artist.

Yong-pal returns from his grandmother's funeral with a video tape of her will to be played for his family. He is also carrying an invaluable, centuries-old, porcelain treasure. His back gets switched with that of a smuggler who immediately makes plans to sell off the artifact to the highest bidder. Yong-pal and his brother, Yong-chil, set out to recover the heirloom

Yong-pal and Yong-chil raise young Ji-hye whos e father is wanted by the police. There happy lives are turned to chaos when her father shows up wanting to live with them and be part of his daughter's life while continuing to hide from the police

Witnessing a car accident, Yong-pal takes the injured driver to a nearby hospital, but the victim's shoes get left behind in Yong-pal's car. Inside the shoes are smuggled gems. Gangsters who are trying to steal the jewels for themselves, kidnap Yong-pal sister and hold her hostage until Yong-pal tells them where the gems are hidden.

Yong-pal goes to Seoul to meet his cousin, Gab-sun. However, his bag gets switched at the station by North Korean agents who are smuggling drugs.

While on the run from Bunpot, he meets Jack; they decide to get out of the country. Later they come back to help one of his best friends and kill Bunpot and all of his men.
